Shipping
We ship most orders the same day or the day after order receipt from one of our warehouses. If you place an order from Sunday to Thursday, we'll ship the next day. Friday after 1PM, Sat & Sunday orders all ship on Monday. We use UPS as our default carrier, but many times some of our warehouses ship via different methods. Shipping cost from 15 warehouses is tough to calculate, so we only charge a flat $5 per item and free shipping for orders over $100! Easier for us, easier for you!

We pride ourselves on top notch communication. You can be assured of email notification on order payment, shipping confirmations and all other support communications to make you feel at ease.
Returns
Generally, we offer a 30 day no hassle return policy. However, since we have a million different products from a million different manufacturers, sometimes a few products have to have a different warranty than the rest. Please check the item listing for the product warranty, or contact us anytime to double-check.
