This is a Vista Acoustics made by Bazooka audio round ceiling speaker kit that includes a pair of 6.5" speakers and a slider volume control.

The Vista Acoustics add a room kits make it easy for you to simply add a pair of speakers to your existing audio system. The kit includes speakers (or single stereo speaker) and an impedance matching volume control. The impedance matching volume control insures that your amplifier or receiver will not overheat with the extra pair of speakers. Extra wall plates are included with every volume control for ivory, almond or white. The kit comes with simple installation instructions to help you understand how to install the speakers and volume control. (Speaker wire not included)
